We ordered thru the app..Super slow service, rude employees and missing food items! The few items we received were almost all made incorrectly with missing ingredients. You pay extra for nothing! No hot sauce or napkins either. How hard is this, guys? Really sucks for the people who live nearby. Avoid this location at all costs!

On the way home from the lake my husband and I picked up taco bell. The staff was laughing in the background, one kid looked high or on drugs. Order took forever. We get home to find the whole order incorrect. Tacos were not Supreme. The nachos which was custome order and paid extra money for had non of the modifiers I had requested. Since this was our local taco bell I called over to see if a manager was on staff. Rosario apologized, offered to remake everything, but we were too tired to drive back out. She told me she was writing it all down and to just come in during the week and they would make it right. Showed up today to the general manager staring out the door. No welcome in. Nothing! Went to go wash my hands and use restroom and these bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months. I exain to him the situation and he said he couldn't help me. I told him it should be written down, he said they don't have a book. I asked for his name and he refused at first. I told him he needs to learn how to manage and ru a store. I will be calling corporate office. $33 of food that was never correct. Avoid this taco bell

Morning crew is a pretty incompetent group of people if you ask me. They messed up my order of 2 sausage crunchwraps and 2 bacon burritos, called about it and they said to come in and they'll replace it. I arrive to the store and they give me a hard time about it and say "we don't remember getting an order like that, best I can do is two bacon burritos". Frustrated with arguing to a brick wall, I give up and just take my two bacon burritos and they even messed THAT up by giving me totally different burritos. Dude can't remember an order I gave him 30 seconds ago, how is he gonna remember an order they messed up 10 minutes ago? Cmon Jason. Extra star because the food I DID get was pretty good

Service was extremely slow. I had 5 cars behind me and had been waiting for at least 15 minutes for food to look over and your employees sitting on her phone with gloves on. Hopefully she wasn’t touching food after handling her cell phone and after I got food turns out it was messed up. Maybe if she got off her phone it would’ve been right or faster. Honestly it’s just straight up unprofessional. Super disappointed

First of all taco bell had a policy that the restuarant should only be closed early for certain circumstances only and not having business it not one of the reasons. If this happens, please call the owner or corporate office and let them know. Someone will have to answer to corporate. By closing early your losing business that you didnt know you had because you closed early. There are hours of operations on the door for a reason.
