I have came to this location twice and both times I've sat in line for the pharmacy for an hour. The most recent time I came I sat in line and finally pulled up to the window and I guess they were heading to lunch. The tall darker pharmacist literally just said "come back later" and closed the blinds on me. I respect that they need to take lunches but he could have been friendlier and also could have told me what time they open back up. There's no notices on their drive through window of when their lunch times are. Horrible service. I've read through the reviews at this location and this is a consistent complaint. This seems to be a validation that they don't care about improving.

best Walgreens in the valley! crew members are so helpful, have the best deals in photo & their beauty department always looks so clean. i would shop there all the time if I was closer!

The pharmacy person with whom I spoke on the phone asking for medication was very helpful. Thus, the extra star. The tech actually checking me out when I paid for the medication was disengaged and more focused on her computer work from the previous customer. This contributed to the low review, but isn't the sole reason. The cost of the medication at this location was $139.00 when two weeks prior I got the same medication from the dermatologist for $22.00. Compared ingredients, exactly the same. I balked at the price and declined the purchase. At that time, the tech found a "coupon" that could lower the price to $65.00. So, I got the medication but will absolutely shop around the next time I need meds.
