Love spending time here! The fact that I have bay view, the beach in my backyard, see the Hardrock's Guitar from my balcony, love the staff and everything is brand new! (gym, spa, pools, Elevators, roof, lobby, etc.). It's the perfect oasis! Since The Residences is just minutes from Margaritaville, great bars, restaurants and also has the Hardrock not far away... Great location! With all that AND the new facelift, I have absolutely no complaints.

Concrete is in process...For the 3000 building, completion date excluding parking lot is October 2021 and for the 3001 building, completion date excluding parking lot is November 2021. Thanks!
