I live here and it's one of the better gated communities but these buildings are over 40 years old with a lot of costly repairs soon.

The management is bad. If you reserve a space for an engagement use personal checks. They are bad with M.O.s I will have to send my M.O.s to the issuers for a r÷issue to me.

Carriage Hills is a private community. There is a website for the owners.
Go to the office. You will need manager and board approval. They also have a community channel you can request to post on.
Carriage Hills has an wonderful internal community channel (Channell 92) that in broadcast to every resident. It has all the community information: notices, calendar, activities, pictures, entertainment, and advertisements.
