Horrible service. I brought my dog for a grooming and they clipped her nails way too short causing her to bleed profusely. Ruined my car seats and put my dog in a huge amount of distress. She is still recovering and not acting like herself.

Had the most horrible experience with Fernando the owner and Natalie, the receptionist. Fernando told me my dog had an appointment and that Natalie would call to confirm the time yesterday. Today I called just to make sure my dog had the appointment. Natalie told me, basically, they could not help me and I should find a mobile groomer and Francisco told me again that Natalie would let me know when to bring my dog in today. I waited ALL DAY! Noone ever called me. I guess they have too many clients. Francisco told me in a huff that everyone wants their dog done right away. The customer service stinks and so does Clean Paws Salon! In my book, they get a big fat 0! If you care about your fur baby, DO NOT take them here! You will regret doing business with these people.
