No one answers the phone and not even the board of nursing I’m just trying to transfer my cna license to OK from CA I just passed in March and they want me to wait 60 days for my Certification # to show online ? I can’t wait that long. I’m also active military spouse and there’s a section where as an Active military spouse theirs a waiver to where they can waive the transfer and you can work right away instead of waiting and waiting I’ve been working all through the pandemic in the Emergency room as a tech and I know they’re still short of staff everywhere!!

Building hours online say 8 a-5p. They only allow people in building from 2p-4p. Not to mention I drove an hour away to update my nursing licenses and weren’t able to. They could at least have a drop box. I tried to renew online and it never renewed. If I could give a negative 5 I would.

Calling them is pointless they have you on hold for forever

Out of all the State department agencies I called today with questions, this one was the only one that answered the phone and my questions! Thank you for your help and efforts to assist during these trying times!

You have to do it all online at OMMA.ok.gov. Apps are not accepted in person.
Oklahoma has legal MJ. Oklahoma is suing big pharma though
You can go to the website ok.gov and print it or call local health department
Contact vital records, they should be able to point you in the right direction.
Home Depot was copying individual's COVID-19 vaccination cards at no charge. I have also taken a picture of it with my phone. It can also be scanned into a PDF file. Be sure that the original manufacturer, lot number, location given, and date given is visible. I had trouble with school acceptance because the sticker with the manufacturer and lot number was over part of the date.
One other person posted that getting a death certificate was a terrible process. I assume by now the process,on line, will not be too difficult. Am I correct? I called one day and your digital answering service was difficult to follow and I have both a Master's Degree and a PhD. Is there a phone number where I can talk with a Specialist in Vital Records?
The higher floors are closed to the public but the lobby is open for questions or to talk to someone.
No they will not. Your will need to go get a replacement ID
They have a regular doctor that they see. Should they bring their official diagnosis with them, as proof?
Same here I subbmitted my request for a birth certificate by mail too since march 18th 2021 and I haven't receive nothing yet, when am I gonna reveive it😒
