The girl I had was perfect about the way I wanted my hair done! Sometimes when I tell a stylist that I want a trim but to keep the length, they cut off way too much or hardly anything. She kept my length while making it a very nice and even length in the back as requested and my hair felt super healthy after! So glad I came here and I will be returning!

You get what you pay for. If you want a quick, cheap, mediocre haircut, this is your place. If you want a really good quality cut, go to a real salon and pay $60. I went in for a trim, I just wanted an inch or so off the ends so I thought Great Clips could handle that. I was wrong. It’s not the worst cut I’ve ever had, but she took off about 4 inches and my layers are a little choppy. But I should’ve known better than to expect quality when the stylists have to have customers out of their chair in 15 minutes or less.

I get diarrhea feelings just thinking about the customer service at this place. If you want to wait for a specific person they may or may not tell you that they’re going to go on their break after you’ve already waited 25 minutes for them.

Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
