Been going here for a few months now and have always been beyond words happy with my experiences. My haircut was exactly what I was hoping and she was so helpful on ideas. However after my service I got my brows waxed and tinted for the first time. The waxing turned out perfect and exactly what I was asking for, and the tint was amazing it was so nice to see color to my eye brows Unfortunately not even 3 days later and my brows have basically faded back to true or original color. I have taken every precaution for the first 48 hours to make sure the color last but that was not the case.

My mom just paid $65 for the worst haircut, I can’t believe they made her pay. First off they called and told her Whitney wasn’t going to be there for her appointment & scheduled her with someone else. This was a lie Whitney left the salon. Just be honest. Michelle had to take over the haircut. What a horrible thing to do to a 79 year old on fixed income. Last visit at Shea Madison for my mom. Hopefully it will grow out for my sons wedding, we’ll see. Disappointing.

Melissa is the best!!! I will follow her wherever she goes. She styles to what you want and makes it look better. She takes her time and you can tell she really wants her work to show and for you to shine. The receptionist are always helpful and do their best to get you scheduled or rescheduled. They have a complimentary snack area for you to enjoy during your style as well.

Melissa is amazing! She is so friendly and professional. I have tried for years to find the right salon and I’m so glad I took a chance on Shea Madison! It is high end and the price reflects that but you get what you pay for- the experience and result was incredible. If you’re blonde, ask for Melissa. She does fabulous work!
