The process was very easy. They contacted my doctor, got my medical records, submitted them online and I got an approval the next day. I downloaded my card from the email and it was that easy and fast. Everyone was very polite, professional and made everything very simple! Thank you so much!

This place is WITHIN the chiropractic office. I was almost late to my appointment trying to find it. Overall the doctor was very kind and professional. However, I paid my fee and everything and now it has been weeks and I haven't received my card. I can't seem to get an answer because all I can do is leave a voicemail. I'm very upset they had no problem taking my $300 but now it's been weeks and I'm still without a medical card when I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to see it in my email. I've been checking daily and NOTHING. Update: I've now been told that I should just call my bank to have them reverse the charge because they are short staffed and can't keep up. I've been told twice in a week's time a manager would call me back. I don't receive a call, I still don't have my medical card when I was told I qualified and I either get stuck leaving voicemails or anyone I speak to can't give me an answer and just tells me a manager will call me back. I did everything I was told when scheduling all of this and now almost a month after my appointment I'm still out $300 and without my medical card or any answers. Now today I've been told if I don't receive a call from a manager by 6pm I should just call my bank and have them reverse the charge. GO ELSEWHERE. Final Update: A manger finally got in touch with me before I could have the charge reversed by my bank. She was very apologetic and even agreed that I should qualify and this shouldn't have taken so long. She gave me the line to get ahold of her office if I had any questions while she tried to get me a resolution. Well, I finally heard back from the office today and it wasn't the manage I spoke to... The office explained that the doctor no longer wants to see me or continue working on getting my medical card processed but that I could travel over an hour from where I live in San Tan to their Paradise Valley location and meet with the doctor there to finish the process??? When I inquired why I was no longer welcome at the location two miles away from my home I was not given an answer. I was told I do still qualify but I just wouldn't be able to come to the location two miles away from me anymore??? Why? Because I got ahold of a manager and they were kind and tried to get me a resolution? As I stated, I wasn't given an explanation or an apology... I simply asked for my money back and lord knows if that is going to happen because after the phone call I then got a receipt in my email finally for the $300 they had no problem taking from me two months ago at my original appointment where I was told I qualified. You would think PTSD, multiple health issues and six surgeries on a leg that was nearly amputated would be ample issues to receive a medical card... but apparently that is too much work for this place as the last receptionist I had spoken with said how backed up they were, that they weren't able to keep up and was the one that advised me to just call my bank and have the $300 charge reversed since a manager wasn't calling me. Once I get my $300 back I already have another location to go to that is more than happy to help me get my medical card. I don't know what changed with this place since the older good reviews but I highly suggest turning your tail and running from this place, that is if you can even find it in the first place...

I have been pleased with my experience with MMJCCC, who assisted me with my original certification, and recently with a 2-year renewal. The medical and processing staff were courteous and professional. I recommend their services to others.

My visit here was amazing, the receptionist was so sweet and so kind. And Dr. O’Hara was wonderful, she was very informative and I would recommend anyone to come here!!! I’m definitely coming back for my card renewal

Hi Ryan We charge $50 for the doctor to drive to your location, plus the visit fee and the state application fee. The physician's fee is $100-$150, depending on discount eligibility. The AZ state fee is $150 or $75 with proof of SNAP. Hope it helps! Sam

If you dont have medical records from the prior year for your condition, the doc there can diagnose and get you the help you are seeking.

Is IBS one of the AZ qualifications to obtain a card?

Medical marijuana works very well for IBS, but IBS is not specifically one of the qualifying conditions. However, if you have documented abdominal pain or low appetite as a result of the IBS (if you talked about the pain or appetite issues with a doctor and they put it into their medial chart notes) then you will qualify.
