Customer service is the last thing on their mind, the main thing that drives them is the need for revenue and keep the renter in the rental with no regard to their experience and how happy the renter is with the car. I have a car that needs an oil change and has a slow leak in a tire and the office constantly tells me that they don’t have any cars they can switch me to. Instead they want me to take the vehicle to go get an oil change.

I wouldn't bother with this location unless you want to be treated as something lower then dirt and to have your time wasted as well. I called this office so that I could have my rental car ready at a specific location for pickup. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that she would check on it for me and then put me on hold. 15 minutes later the call was dissconected with no warning. I then called back thinking that the woman i spoke to might have accidentally disconnected the call. But was only met by silence when the phone connected to their office, and then the phone hanging up a few seconds later. This happened 5 times in a row. Now if you can't help someone with what they need, just say so. Don't pretend that you will fix the issue, and then block my phone number so that it automatically hangs up The fact that the staff at this office thought this was acceptable behavior is honestly appalling. So I would just like to warn everyone to take your business elsewhere, as enterprise does not care about your time or any sort of customer service in the slightest!

Extremely hard 2 find. Even my phone's GPS couldnt find it. Drove East & West on Ocotillo Rd 3x's until I called & found the place about 500 yards off the main road (Ocotillo). Asked 4 an SUV & they only had one. Not that others were unavailable, was told they only had 1 in the entire place! They offered 2 call another store the next day (it was only about 2:30pm) 2 c if they could trade the 1 they had 4 another I might want. I declined & took the 1 they had. Gave them 1 star 4 the nice rep I dealt with.

I've always used Enterprise for rentals personally, and through my old employer. Ive always had great experiences with them (especially at the Casa Grande location). Unfortunately this last experience was very negative. We reserved a 15 seater van, and called several days in advance to confirm everything. We wanted to use a debit card for the deposit and payment, so we were told we would have to pickup the van at this location in order to do so (rather than mesa gateway airport). My wife got there to pickup the car, and was told that she couldn't use a debit card, due to the type of vehicle being rented, despite the fact that we were specifically told we could, and changes were made in advance to accomodate Enterprises' policy. So, I had to leave work and come down there to use my credit card for the rental. Once we paid and got the paperwork done, Dalton told us that the van wasn't there, but it was on the way. After waiting for a while we were told that the employee driving the van noticed that a turn signal was out, so they had to make an unexpected stop at a service facility. It was also at that time that Dalton told us that the van might not be clean, and that they normally rent these vans out to sports teams. To make the situation worse, we had scheduled and paid a deposit for a tour later that afternoon, which we ended up missing. I had to get back to work, but my wife and family members ended up waiting over an hour and fourty minutes until the van finally showed up. The entire process was a headache, and the employee(s) at this location didn't seem to care much. No additional time was added to the rental, no discount for the pathetic planning and service on their part. UPDATE 3/19/2019 Its been several weeks since the, "Owner" replied to my review. I sent all the information he requested to the email provided, just to be given the, "run-around." Ive had to forward the same information to several different people, and ultimately have wasted even more time with Enterprise. Its obvious that the reply was an empty gesture, and poor attempt to save face and show engagement on their reviews. I will update again if anything happens, but im not very optomistic.

Questions & Answers

If I'm having a car repaired, will Enterprise pick me up at the location? Then do I take them back to Enterprise?

This Enterprise is located inside service King so when you drop your car off the rental will be there ready for you.
