I showed up an hour before closing and the stylist claimed she had two people scheduled before closing. No one in the waiting room. Refused service to me for one haircut. Very disappointed. No worries I'll get my haircut across the street at Great clips 👍

Was here on Feb. 28th, can't remember stylist name but she did a nice job cutting/fixing my layers. A different stylist last year also did a good job on my trim.

Jenah is an amazing stylist and always fun to talk to! I've followed her from different salons and always satisfied with the haircut she gives me. Even barbers said my hair was hard to cut, probably because my messed up head shape but Jenah always makes it look perfect! Definitely worth the 40 minute drive. Very clean salon as well.

Poor customer service. We walked in and had to wait up to 10 minutes before someone tried to check us in and then they said it would be up to an hour before they could get to us. There are plenty of other options for haircuts and I'll be sure not to go here again. It is a Saturday and you might want to staff better if you want to take care of your clientele. Went to great clips across the street and was greeted right away and the kids got their haircuts after a 10 minute wait.
