I just left E&E cigar and felt the need to share my experience. I went in there because I had purchased an “XTRA” vape from here before a vacation 2 weeks ago and during the vacation I had opened that particular vape and it did not work after about three puffs. I asked the man that was working if they will honor that same return policy as other shops I’ve been to when this occurred if I brought him the faulty vape; he said yes (some shops will not). So, walked back to my truck and noticed I didn’t have it with me - I had left it in my other vehicle. I walked back inside planning to purchase a new one but when I told him the story he told me that he trusted me so he replaced it free of charge. This is something that is very uncommon in this industry, hence why I felt the need to write this review. I will continue to be a loyal customer here and plan to return the faulty vape back to the shop tomorrow! Thanks E&E!

I recently decided to ditch smoking and switch to vaping as a means of trying to get myself off of this nicotine addiction. I walked in expecting to just buy a vape pen, some juice, and go about my way. What I got was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I walked out with exactly what I was looking for and more. The staff and owner here are beyond friendly. They know everything about the product they're selling and can give you in depth information that almost reads off like the instruction manuals themselves. Outside of this, I have been in and out of E&E several times. I'm used to lackluster experiences with local smoke shops - but this place is in it's own league. I cannot recommend this place enough

Went in knowing what we were looking for. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly and had great customer service skills. Cracked a few jokes and we were on our way. I had glass in the bag and it was a fragile piece that just snapped half a mile down the road. We turned back to see if we could possibly replace the broken piece and just upgrade. He settled it all and told us not to worry about the difference of cost. Very very nice of them. This is our new spot for our smoking needs.
