I know it's mother's Day but I just spent $90 to have the wrong order delivered at my door and on top of that we got that mess figured out the lady that got our flowers looked us up on Facebook and brought them to our house to exchange for the exact same thing that was delivered to my house a 10-count unbloomed tulips. I cannot believe I spent that kind of money to have flowers that I could have went to Fry's and spent $5.99 on, I was halfway expecting a bouquet of something this place is a scam

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but I gave them a chance to fix the issue and they will not respond. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday, and they were delivered a day late and they were the wrong flowers with the wrong card... to make matters worse, the note was signed by the same name as my friend's husband but addressed to another woman. You can imagine how that looked! I realize that is a crazy coincidence, but the company name was nowhere on the flowers or card so she didn't even know who to contact to see what was going on. I let Rodeo Roses know what happened and they did not offer an apology, but responded with a one line email that said they will "send more tomorrow." I let them know that is not necessary as my friend would be leaving town for some time and wouldn't be there to receive them. I asked for a refund or partial refund instead. They refuse to respond to my emails or phone calls after multiple attempts. The flowers they did deliver were half wilted and not even close to what I ordered. Very disappointed.

My husband placed an order for some flowers for our daughter. The flowers were never delivered. My husband called the shop multiple times throughout the day and no one answered. When he finally got through to someone the woman was very rude on the phone. He told her he never received the order and would dispute the charge if needed with the bank. She said she would not deliver the product if we were going to dispute it. The charge cleared our bank and still no product and no refund. We believe this company is run fraudulently and is keeping our money. What should have been a beautiful surprise for our 13 year old daughter achieving a long time goal has been ruined.

These guys don't even qualify for a star! I have attached photos. My sister ordered flowers for my birthday.. and in order to get free delivery she upgraded the already beautiful bouquet. Sadly what I received was nothing like what she ordered.. not one flower was even my favorite color.. and 2 of the roses died in 24 hours. Sister called to complain and they responded..." it met the spirit of the recipe" so no refund or do over!!... REALLY! I would hate to see it had she not upgraded... a rose and a stick! Don't buy here! Stop at any grocery store or funeral home.. you'll have a beautiful bouquet and they will even add a ribbon... OH FORGOT to mention there much have been an extra fee for 12" of ribbon...
