The staff in the office is horrible and will charge and fine you for everything even if it’s their fault! Bugs everywhere inside and out even though they change pest control fees. They claim to have heated pools but don’t heat the pools! The only thing they have going for them is the maintenance people are good. But you pay way more then what it is worth!

Great place to call home! I’ve e lived here for two years and live in a two bedroom/2bath and it’s like I have my own house. No one above me, don’t share walls with anyone and the backyard is a perfect size for children or pets. The neighborhood is gates, quiet and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is always prompt to address any issues and the office is quick at responding to any needs or questions. Avilla provides “Food Truck Monday’s”, where they bring in a food truck for us every Monday evening and this Saturday they are hosting a movie event in the park for everyone. We are very happy with our decision to call Avila our home.

Avilla Victoria is a very wonderful gated community! Both the office staff and maintenance are remarkable & truly go above and beyond!!! Our family also appreciates that they've offered fun ways to help the community come closer together like a movie at the pool, a Hawaiian Luau & this Thanksgiving a Turkey Raffle. Avilla Victoria is also walking distance to the Queen Creek Market Place, Library & so many other great local business which is wonderful for families who have children! Also, a special thank you to Ashley for truly caring about her residents & Stacey for working so hard to keep our property beautiful!!!

We have lived at Avilla Victoria since August 2017 and absolutely love it! The homes are beautiful inside and out. Ashley and Erick in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Anytime we have needed assistance in our apartment they have quickly gotten an order placed and someone has been out to our home within 24-28 hours. We highly recommend joining the Avilla Victoria community.
