I seriously cried for almost an hour. Customer service was absolutely terrible for me. One lady was very nice but unfortunately she was the one who gave me the haircut and totally screwed up my hair line, and it was far from what I wanted done. I question why I even paid , but i did because she was the only one there that was polite and welcoming. It’s cringing knowing I have to wake up every morning for a good month seeing my hair the way that it is and also knowing I have to wait even longer until my hairline is back to normal. No one is perfect but I was very specific about what I wanted. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. $27 down the drain.

Awesome experience getting a haircut. Staff was friendly and great at their job. Be sure to check online before walking in- their wait times can be like an hour sometimes. Other than that, cool place. I'll definitely be back.

After the cut, I reviewed my haircut and it is uneven. I don't wish to blame the stylist, but my haircut was only to be a trim and it is uneven. It's embarrassing. Honestly, this is my first time trying out Sports Clips and I am not pleased, the price is not worth the cut. My hair is now uneven and practically butchered.

Spangler is awesome! She treats my son great making sure he gets the cut he wants. She does amazing on my hair too I highly recommend this place great service every time
