Coco LOVES this doggy hotel. When we first needed to find a boarding center for her, we toured about 5 different ones but ultimately chose this one based off of the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. We have used them on several occasions and I feel more comfortable using them vs someone on Rover. We tried to use rover for our last vacation and it didn’t work out so we had the rover sitter drop her off at The Lodge. When The Lodge sent pictures from spending time in half day of daycare we immediately saw her personality back and she was happy as could be. We even experienced an awful travel setback of a last minute cancelled flight and had to have her stay one more night until we could get in the next day and they were happy to accommodate. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is how hard it is to get through to talk to someone at the front desk when you call, but luckily they were able to get back to me via their text message service and accommodate her extra night. We have seen how much all of the workers truly love and care for all the dogs that stay at The Lodge. Coco seems to really love and gravitate towards Tessa and we love knowing there is someone that knows Coco by name and is excited when she sees her walk through the door. The Lodge is more expensive than a Rover sitter, BUT the level of care and attentiveness is unmatched compared to a stranger that you would find on a site like that. We love The Lodge and will never send our Coco anywhere else.

This facility is gorgeous and the workers are down-to-earth. They take care of you & your pets needs immediately. I've also bought a lot of their dog treats and can tell you my dog loves them! Definitely a one-stop shop for all your pet needs, and a good spot for them to get some play-time in with their furry friends.

The best boarders and staff in TB IMHO! All staff are pleasant and professional at every stage, from reservation to in take to playtime to feeding to room prep to bath/wash and to check out. A great experience overall! My my dog runs to go inside when we arrive, she runs to greet the staff when checking in, and runs to go in back once shes checked in. The staff makes good choices on where to put dogs during play time and I when I check in (having a web cam to check in an confirm all this is a nice convenience) the staff seems to keep all the dogs engaged, playful, and under control. To say my dog likes The Lodge a lot is an understatement. The prices are fair, the suites are clean, the staff is great and I will continue to take my dog there. They are trusted caretakers indeed and Tessa is particularly great (shes very responsive and very professional). I highly recommend!

The only place I trust with my golden retriever. The staff is very caring with the animals even when they have their hands full. Excellent service all the way around.
