I once posted a good review for this complex. Now, I wish I could take it back. Rarely is the front office available to help. They never answer the phones or return messages regardless of the situation. The management companies change every 4 months and each one is worse than the last.

I have lived here for 3 years now and there have been multiple changes to management. This newest management has stepped up and is taking care of the issues from other reviews. I've never had a bug issue, and the new portal for paying rent is easy to use and the management will show you how convenient it actually is. Cynthia has always helped me with any issue i've brought to her attention, as well as Deana Marie.

It's been so hard to get a hold of anyone either through email or the phone. You have to figure out a time in your work schedule to at least try to talk to someone in the office. I dislike that I can't even pay my utilities bill online with their new system and that I had to pay additional money to get a cashiers check. This will the second one I have to do and who is going to compensate me for the inconvenience? Honestly, I've never experience such unprofessional customer service from an apartment complex. I don't recommend and ever will for anyone to live here.

My below review was written 9 months ago but things have since changed. The staff I spoke about below are no longer here. The new staff are doing their best and it’s more the upper management at Avenue 5 and ownership who aren’t taking issues seriously. I have been without hot water for almost 2 months and the extent I’m having to go through to get it taken care of is just ridiculous. Review from 9 months ago: When I first moved here 2.5 years ago the property management company was awful hence the not so great reviews. Now that Avenue 5 is the property management company for Mission Springs it’s been a complete 180. They are in constant communication with residents, very personable and friendly, and all maintenance requests get done on time! Keenan and Christina are always friendly and helpful whenever I call or go into the front office. Thanks guys! The new maintenance manager, Milton, is so great. He recently came and completed my maintenance orders. He listened to my concerns, found the issue and fixed it. He was also friendly and personable which is always a plus. Thanks Milton!!!
