Horrible customer service. I had a package delivery canceled halfway and they refused to give me any kind of refund. Partial refund would have been understandable, and when I called on the phone to cancel the delivery they told me I would get a refund. Go to a different larger store.

For almost a year I have used the email box for business at this location. Honestly the attention is terrible. They are always very young people without experience and each process is eternal. Today it took me 40 minutes to pay the rent for the business mail box and they wanted to charge a fee for coming a couple of days later. I got a call this week from This UPS store. The person told me that I could come to pay within the next ten days. Today the person who attended me wanted to charge me. The manager was rude in insinuating that I was saying, was lying and he was not nice either. Terrible service!

This has to be by far the worse UPS establishment I've ever encountered. I could only hope the owner makes a wise decision by hiring competent people. I didn't waste my time or money at this location after I realized the customer service was bad. The lady that worked there walks in on her cell phone and the woman working behind the counter just starts a conversation with her while helping a customer. Rude.. Unprofessional..

They always are very friendly and fast with the packages I bring in to be shipped. Shipping pricing is the same no matter where you go I'm pretty sure, so the service is what makes a good location, and these guys are great. The spot in front is a nice touch too in this crowded lot!
