Will not go back here again. The receptionist was pleasant so I was hopeful when she walked me back to the shop area. What a disappointment! Guys in the shop totally blew me off barely making eye contact when I asked about a referral for a hauler... they left so fast I didn't even get a chance to inquire about some minor repairs i wanted done. Won't be setting foot on their lot again. Neighbors said they had the same issue about attitude

Splendide gave me RV City as the nearest authorized service center for my RV washing machine. I called to find out about getting it repaired, and was told I needed to speak to Daniel, the service manager. I left three messages for him over four days, but never received a call back. On my second call, the lady who answered said, "maybe the message got lost". OK, maybe...but three times? If that's the case, they need a better process to manage inbound calls. But unfortunately, I think it was more likely they were just too busy to return my call.

We had a great experience with RV City! Toby made sure that the camper we bought was appropriate and safe for our truck to pull. He handled all financing for us. Tyler went through the camper thoroughly and took time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend RV City!

Your service dept. is amazing! We have been in several times over the last month and everyone has been attentive and helpful to our questions and providing detailed information. Hats off tho Danny, Lil Mat, James (Bama), Jason and Dino. You all are wonderful!
