This dump is SO expensive..... compared to neighboring counties with free landfills? Outrageous -- $114 every time for a 6 yrd dump trailer.

If ever there was a shining example of a monopoly being TERRIBLE for customers, this company is it. You would think that picking up trash would be an easy job. However, after two years of bad service I've had it. If there was another option, I'd bolt. When we have problems (usually the driver never shows up) their 'customer service' gives some excuse and says that they made notifications so we should be good. BUT, those notifications never actually get out of their office. I'm sorry, but sending an internal email to customer service that notifications have been made is NOT notifying your customers! We live in bear country, and their latest scheme is to have all trash out by 4am for pickup. So, realistically we'll need to have the trash out the night before, which means the bears are going to find it easy pickings. When I asked if they would provide bear proof cans, the gal laughed. Bottom line: I'm only a customer because I have no other option. UPDATE: there is now another option: Grizzly Disposal has been great to deal with, and when I called customer service the gal I spoke with is actually here in Missoula county.

Update your hours if you’re going to close early. We rented a truck to dump some things, wasted time and gas getting there, and now we have to come back again in the morning which is going to cost us. Thanks!

We just left. Weigh car going in. Make your dump. Then weigh car going out. We had 160 pound drop off. Paid $20 for first 100 then $3 for additional 60. $0.05 for each additional pound over 100 lbs. OTD: $20+(.05*60) = $23
25 follar fee if it isnt.
The only stuff they don’t take is oils, paints, chemicals, refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners.
