Heard about this place thru day of service for veterans. The team was fast, very nice and I’m sure it was a great learning experience for the newbies that are making dental work their careers. I’m very satisfied and the team did great work on a cracked tooth I had. They notified me I have two root canal’s that would need crowns. I kinda expected that due to how big the holes on the teeth were. I have decided to schedule for my new patient next week since today was a great experience. I had dentists in the past judge me harshly on my teeth and that made my anxiety not want to ever go back.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and courteous. The complete X-ray was fine because the X-ray tech was very courteous and gentle and it was free. However, the hygienist at the Bessemer location was less than acceptable with a smart mouth attitude, therefore didn't prefer her side chair manners. I do not wish for her to perform any future services in which I would have to pay.

First and foremost Aspen dental office here in Bessemer, Alabama is a great place to receive dental work. The staff and doctor’s have great communication when it comes to patient care. Not only do they let you know the importance of dental hygiene care but the recommendations for dental work is top notch. As a person who doesn’t like going to the dentist. I promise you that they will make you feel comfortable. 5 stars in my book and I will recommend this office to anyone who is looking to find a great dentist or hygienist.

My experience at Aspen Dental was excellent!!! Everyone that I encountered during my appointment was extremely nice. I asked a million questions and not one time did I feel as if I was getting on the staff’s nerves. The dentist explained my treatment plan very well and gave me options. Latoya Wilson was also very patient with me as I tried to get a treatment plan that I could afford. She was awesome! I highly recommend Aspen Dental ( Bessemer, AL) location.
