Bought a 26' forest river wildwood. 4/15/22. It was missing a part for the external grill and I was told they would order it and that it would have to go through warranty. 3 weeks later still no part. I called the dealership in Milford and was told they had one in stock. Jeff in parts and Charlie in the warranty dept were extremely helpful. I went to pick up the part and was told that seaford never put in the warranty claim . I received the part and still had to go to a hardware store to make it fit. Meanwhile when we contacted seaford we were given the run around by Chris and he eventually hung up on us. No Chris we didn't curse at you! I'm not going anywhere. You all have my number.
