The sales staff and service crew are number one in the state. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. The shop & store personnel all seem to have the same values, which are poor. They either "forget" to order the part or it's the wrong part or it doesn't come in on time or they forget to call... When we go in, the drive from Chama is long, we have to call ahead & make sure that the part or the service is ready, it usually isn't, or the drive is a waste of time & gas. Really disappointed, since until we bought our RV, we were like family! Lol.

We purchased a travel trailer from Chisholm trail RV in August of 2021. In today's market we knew we would not get pricing from the past few years but we still received a very fair price and we're very happy with the service we received. They did a great job of taking us through the unit and showing us how everything worked so it was a very well put together orientation. We probably could have got the travel trailer for a lower price but we prefer to buy things locally so that's why we chose Chisholm trail. We would definitely recommend Chisholm trail to all our family and friends.
