I've been sitting here one full hour and they open up at 7 am. Not one worker is working on cars or picked up a tool. There are 6 cars in the bays and one lady dropped off her car to replace the tire he told her I'll call you. There is a no smoking in this area sign and the worker is walking back and forth smoking his cigarettes. Lazy workers quotes are wrong when you get up here. You need to fire every worker in there they are costing you money!!

Took my car in for an oil change Monday. Car started smoking and oil light came on within minutes of leaving. Took it back in and they said smoking was from some residual oil that spilled. Checked the battery and said everything looked fine and the light should go out, which it did on my way home. FF to Tuesday night on my way to the airport to pick up family at 11:00 pm and the battery light came back on. Picked up and was on the way home when all of the dash lights started flashing and the car completely lost power. Sent the family home in an Uber and it’s 1:12 am and I’m waiting on the side of the road for a tow truck.

Won't do an oil change. Has no customers. Employees are standing around doing NOTHING! I was told that they currently have 15 cars... must be nice to get paid to turn away business. Firestone won't be getting my business here. Shop is dirty, store front nice.
