Disclosure: I am instacart shopper and shop here often, that being the case this Fry's could heavily use improvement. There a few things you should know about this location. 1. Lack of carts during peak times. They don't have enough people on hand to gather carts, this is also the issue with the next point. 2. There arent enough baggers, so be prepared to bag your own groceries 75% of the time. The few baggers they do have often need to leave to go wrangle carts. 3. There aren't enough cashiers at any given time of day. Most time the line will get 4+ people per line. And unlike Safeway where they have that "3's a crowd code" lingo to get more help, here at Fry's the line will get up to 7 people long. 3. The lighting situation, I guess they're trying to save money...Which makes no sense given the CEO's bonus. Randomly all the lights will finally turn on then you realize you've been shopping in a poorly lit store. So in conclusion if you like shopping in a poorly lit store, hunting down your own cart to shop with and bag your own groceries during check out, which WILL TAKE FORVER on the line. Then this is right up your alley! I would heavily suggest shopping at Safeway instead, shorter lines, cleaner store, brightly lit, plenty of carts, fast lanes, etc. To management: HIRE MORE PEOPLE, your store is in a position where it is high volume. Light up the store, why is it so dim?! People shouldn't be bagging their own groceries unless they are in self-checkout. Simple solution is just hire more baggers/cart runners and turn up the lights.

I don’t know why people are so negative about this Frys location. I had the best experience and the best helper, Ani. She helped me with all my grocery items and was very quick. Got in and out of there fast, no issues. Love her ❤️❤️❤️

All I hear are the negative but I went for the first time and months and it was great. The one thing I would say is it was very crowded but all the registers were opened and no complaints. Service at meat was quick and efficient. No complaints!
