I usually go to different salon, usually sports clip, but today I tried to give them my business but I think it was a mistake. Unprofessional, felt like the lady that cut my hair was in hurry and not experience at all. Store look kind old fashion so people behavior who work at the store. They should take customer service training from sports clip

I explained one of the young ladies to do highlights. She was going to cut it little bit. But she did awful job. I still tipped her however it is my last visit.
