Had an appointment. They appeared to be overbooked as we had to wait to be seated for our mani/pedi. My mom and I were seated at the same time but I was nearly complete with my pedicure before she was started, to the point her foot bath had gone cold. The salon smells of very strong acetone, appears to have limited ventilation. My nails and pedicure were priced and done very well. If the location didn't have such a strong acetone smell upon entry and the wait hadn't been as long when we had an appointment I'd have rated higher. Otherwise the staff was polite and professional and skill was great.

Lee at Nails of the World in Laveen did an amazing job! Full set with design $65! Amazing quality, great value! Highly recommend!!

The service is good but I started with pink nails and then change color the next day where of white color. There is the before and after picks no sure why it changed.

I brought my niece in to get acrylic sets on both of us. Her nails came out cute, other than her design request being ignored. Not only did we wait for 30 minutes past our appointment time, my tech never even wiped anything down between clients, the place was over crowded, not enough seating. My nails were horrible. I didn't notice at first because I have bad social anxiety . As I was waiting for my niece to get done drying her nails, I noticed how terrible mine were. I ended up with another technician "fixing" them, however because I'd already been there 2 hours, I didn't have time to wait around forever.Nor did I want to sit through another set of bad nails,while she had another client in her chair already, taking time from them. dI was incredibly disappointed that this was my first experien after 7 _ears of not getting my nails done.
