This Burger King is probably the worst one I have been to. I am not sure what happens but the drive thru is always ridiculously long. This is my 3rd time coming here and have decided I will no longer patronize here. I understand short staffed but when I say it takes a very long time, it’s takes a really long time. Changing the drive thru to 2 lanes did not help.

Real helpful and my order was correct. Seemed like cool people. No attitudes quick service. Burgers we're really good. The fountain drinks tasted fresh. Inside was clean

I order two original sandwiches tonight, and when I started eating one of the sandwiches I noticed a piece of lettuce had black spots on there. I honestly think they don’t rotate their lettuce and make sure is up to date and is in the best quality possible. They were so carless to let this happen. The manger on duty didn’t offer an apology for what happened and she didn’t assure me this wouldn’t happen again, so I don’t feel comfortable coming back here. Tonight was a piece of rotten lettuce, tomorrow can be something bigger. Watch out. Planning on calling the costumer service number to repot it.

Mention something the corporate in a very polite way or even possibly write an email to the regional a lot of these places are franchised out so you shouldn't be too far ahead to get to the owner not quite sure if Burger King is franchise be that as it may he be surprised how many places will run a trial with opening up an hour early or staying open an hour later if it's worth it to them then it might just work for all you know that they have already tried and it wasn't successful
Mask are required and they have clear plastic dividers at the cash registers
Definitely not normal. You just should let them know, so u could get a refund or food replaced.
