I have brought my car in twice for air conditioning issues, both times I have been highly impressed! Bob at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Both times he was able to squeeze me in even though they are really short handed. Joe my technician was very friendly and helpful each time I have talked to him. This was my 1st time using Firestone service. The guys that waited on me were friendly, professional and courteous. My car came in because the Air Conditioner had stopped working. I was explained their procedure for how they would handle the work. I received updates, and even though it took longer to fix than we anticipated it finally was repaired once the parts came in and I'm riding around in an air condition vehicle, that I struggled with for awhile. I did come to them as my second choice. I went to the Dealer 1st and the same work, I kid you not was completed for $900.00 less. I say always get a 2nd quote. You can save a lot of money!

The guy that was working there was awesome. Even though his tech did not show up for work. He still serviced my vehicle and answered phones and still worked on my vehicle. He truly is an asset to Firestone. I did not get his name but it was on Sunday June 5th, 2022.
