Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dr’s office. I made an appointment for both of my daughters we were 15 minutes late for the first appointment but early for the second appointment and the dr refused to see both of them in the exam room just one of them. If they charge my insurance I’ll be sure to report this place for insurance fraud because they did nothing. The office was literally empty when we got there. I’ll never come here and I’ll be sure to let others know not to come either

My niece's 2 children were sick with colds and 1 of the children had Croup I made an appointment for 1 hour I made the appointment before 10am well I just live down the street and we were there at 10:50 and we sat inside until 11:05 until they made us go wait in the car for 2 hours and 45 minutes in the cold car with 2 sick children it was 1:50 pm when we came back in and we were put in a room the nurse attended the children and then she left we waited until 2:30 to 2:40 pm before the doctor came in we left at 3:30 I feel this is uncalled for because I made an appointment it took over 4 and a half hours at the doctor's office I'm sorry there is no need for this of stuff yes I was pretty unset about the whole thing and we will not use this facility again.
