The doctor was good and the nurse but there was one guy that worked there is very unprofessional and has an attitude. Don’t recommend dealing with him the rest of the staff are very understandable.

Just another Ponzi one stop shop that runs your insurance and doesn’t service than don’t try and call the place you’ll never get an answer I’d say just wait to go to your primary or go to the real OSF on the other side of town that has really good service

Horrible service never can get a hold of anyone. Always have to see Nurse practitioner. Look for a Dr somewhere else .
