My husband and I went to this place for my sick daughter, as our pediatrician office was not open. They did a respiratory panel and was told someone will call us in a hour after we left with the results. They did not call us so we called them the very next day when they opened, they said they would get back to us soon, we then called 4-5 hours later and they said they would call us by the end of the day. They did not call back that day either. By this time we made an appointment with our pediatrician as her symptoms were worsening. We called again to get the results before our pediatrician appointment they said they will look into this urgently and give a call back. We did not hear before her appointment, and by this time the pediatrician referred us to the emergency room due to my daughters change in status. The emergency room said they called 5 times and were unable to get ahold of the results. As of now I am in the ICU with my daughter and have still not received a call back about the results. The communication at this place is terrible and would not recommend you receive care here for your children.

I took my 3 year old daughter there 3 days ago. She had tests run and we were told we would get results by the next morning. No results came. We took our 10 month old son their the following day and were told his test results would be given to us in 2 hours. It's the next day now (so 3 days total) and we have called numerous times to get results, only to be told different excuses and that "someone would call us back as soon as they were able". Still no calls back. I have 2 sick babies and don't even know what's really wrong. The Dr's that saw them were very nice but I will never be returning to Pediatrics on Demand or Minis due to this delay with test results. I do not and will not recommend them. My neighbor took her son the same day we took our son and got his results a few hours later. I'm very displeased with the service.

Copays are charged as office visits regardless if the visit is for urgent care or primary care. We do not charge for emergency care. For most families, this service results in a much lower upfront cost.

Didn't have one done for my kids
We do have some Medical Staff that speaks and can translate Spanish. The clinic is open everyday from 10 AM until 10 PM, 7 days a week.

Thank you for asking. We try tour best to staff our urgent care with Spanish speaking at all the time, due to the fact that we are open 365 days a year for 16 hours a day from 8 am to 12 am (Midnight), Spanish speaking staff will be limited somehow.
