I used to love pizza hut and this location be a loyal customer for years. But just like many other places the quality of customer service has gone down. How can an employee be upset I elected to cancel my delivery after waiting over an hour and my eta was still another hour and a half. But my food was done sitting on the counter. It baffles me and yes there was a driver tip left on the card before ordering and I like less then a mile away. Way to go with the times and let your customer service take a back seat.

This is the only Pizza Hut that delivers and I hate this fact. Each time I've tried ordering from this place there's always a major problem. Most commonly is waiting long after the ETA for the pizza to arrive with missing items. I've had to contact them after waiting hours longer than the scheduled ETA - and when I did call, I had to keep calling again and again and again just to get someone who wouldn't hang up on me mid-call. This Pizza Hut location robs people of their time so often and it's so frustrating. There's never anything to make it up for screwing customers over, it's always forgetting important instructions OR just outright not delivering the pizza for up to 4 hours. And if you have a problem, good luck getting a hold of them - they constantly hang up and forget why you called later on. If this was an isolated situation, I'd get it. Really, it happens. But it has happened almost every time I've ordered from here. They make it painful to reach out to them, they will make you wait hours later than told without warning, they will forget items from your order, and they do absolutely nothing to make up for anything they make you put up with. Some small nitpicks, but honestly screw this place so I'm not pulling punches. They hardly have anything in stock and won't tell you until after the fact and the overall Pizza Hut website is such an embarrassment; it's hardly ever functional and does little to inform the staff working there. It's no wonder why Door Dash and Uber Eats is killing this business. Anyways, this place is an endless source of frustration even though each time I try to be as patient as possible just for them to make sure I don't walk away with any braincells left intact. Ordered food just recently just to be called 15 minutes later they actually don't have it This location is a lost cause. Just open up another Pizza Hut somewhere nearby because this is not working out. I hate this place so much and you should to.

The last 2 pizzas I got had raw dough on it. I even asked if they could cook it longer. Still very raw. I cannot eat it so I’ll end up throwing this one away too. This has happened every time I order from this location. Your oven is obviously not working properly.

Quick shout out to Pizza Hut. I had their Supreme Pizza last night, and they never disappoint. The quality is consistent, and the prices are not bad. Pizza is the perfect meal for a large group of people and perfect in the pinch. Some bonus info: Pizza Hut first opened in 1958, in the state of Kansas, by the Carney brothers. Pizza Hut is also a sister company to KFC and Taco Bell. It goes without saying, but check this place out!
