The good thing about this McDonald's is that they are consistent in the rudeness of their employees. I'm sure this particular young man at the drive thru at around 3:45pm on June 9th has been rude to a lot of other people before me. The company doesn't seem to particularly care about customer service, and that's fine. They know that eventually you'll get a burger from them and I probably will... But at least today they didn't get my money. As I said... the one thing I like about this McDonald's is that you can always count on the rudeness of their employees...

Just went through the drive thru and had a great experience. The taking orders was so nice, came to the window and asked the asain woman a question about the app she was very polite, wasn't quiet sure as to the answer so she asked her manager ( tall white guy ) and he was also very friendly about it all. I usually only come during the day but wanted to get a little something this evening and it was the bets experience I've had. The managers and workers on day shifts are usually so rude and have no manners what so ever. It was nice to be able to have a very positive experience this evening. I guess I'll just start going to this location at night.

I have always used the drive thru. They always get my order correctly and in time. Prefer this place rather than other McDonald's in the area. Customer service has been excellent on all my visits.

We walked in to order instead of using the drive through. The guy at the counter seemed surprised that we came in only for the ice-cream cones. He gave us the largest ice-cream cones ever at Mickey D's. We sat outside and enjoyed the cones in sunny fall weather. Its a pity this location is still closed for dine in.
