I've been to a few different locations and this is by far the best one! Everyone is so nice and easy going. My stylist Madison always takes time to go over if I want to do something different or if I had any issues since the last time. She's probably done my lashes more than 10 times now and they look perfect every time!

All around EXCELLENT service, each time! I had come in for eyelash extension removal (from a different place)…and enjoyed my experience so much, that I decided to become a member and have a new set put on. I am sooooo happy I did!!! I LOVE the quality and the style of my new lashes, but most of all, I truly enjoy the time spent chatting with my stylist, Laura! She is a bright and talented young woman with so much light in her soul. She is most definitely an asset to the team there. I leave very pleased with my lashes, always done so well with such a light touch. Thank you all for being so sweet and friendly as well as professional. I really want to be able to post a positive review, however my experience was less then ideal. I went in to get my lashes done a week before my wedding. I knew I would be extremely busy the next week, and wanted to get it checked off my to-do list. Both in their office and online they state you should need a fill about every 2-3 weeks. However, after only 4 days post-visit I had so many lashes fall out that both my nail technician and my Sister-in-law commented on my need to get a fill. Four days! I was extremely careful with my aftercare. I didn't get my lashes wet for 48 hours, I sleep on my back, I didn't use oil based products around my eyes, in fact I hadn't even worn makeup since getting the lashes put on. So, I ended up having to go back to their office 5 days later (during one of the busiest weeks of my life) to get a fill. On top of the inconvenience of having to come back in to get their poor service fixed, I was charged $45 ($55 with a tip and tax). Which means in just one week I spent over $200 to have my lashes look decent. A company with true customer service would comp the service and apologize for the initial failure of their product. I would never recommend them to anyone in the future.

I am pretty picky about my eyelashes so when I decided to start going again I was booked with Sarah. Generally I will bounce around till I find what works best but she has been amazing since the beginning and never gives me a hard time for those moments I may have been a little harsher on my lashes…. I also appreciate we don’t have to do the “how’s the weather” conversations at every appointment. I will continue to go to her for as long as my little heart is content. Definitely recommend her!!
