The security made me wear masks but didn’t have any on When I said something they said they will put one on and the black guy (sorry don’t know his name) was nice and put one on the older white guy walked around for 20 more min without one till he heard me and another customer mention he still didn’t have a mask. As I complained to the teller he heard me came over and yelled at me in front of the entire office and lobby and had his mask half off his face This was embarrassing and unprofessional this man should not be dealing with the public!!!!

Not sure why this location received such low ratings. Came here on a Friday morning and only took less than 10 minutes to take care business. The staff was professional and efficient.

The phone system is psychological warfare to say the least. Accessing the website is the same. Having a human being with a pulse interact without hanging up is impossible. I'm sure they are unaware that they work for us. God speed America.

It's a scam only if you get a letter in the mail it's a scam.
Its free you just need to bring in proof of id
Bring your old account and routing number with you and your new account number and routing number....ID and ssi #. Can also be done online or over the phone.
