JCPenney has a lot of clothes, the downstairs has jewelry and make-up, mostly for feminine types, and the upstairs is mainly devoted to masculine fashion.

As a former employee of the JCPenney Co. I was shocked and apalled at not only the shabby condition and complete chaos of the store, but also the service . I was looking at a rack and hung and item sideways to have a full view if it and this employee ,a tiny little old black woman with some sort of head wrap on ,reached in front of me and put it back hanging correctly!! Practically wedged herself in between myself and the rack ! I said ,excuse me but I'm not done looking at that ,and of ALL the messed up racks and things she could have been doing .,she said I'm straightening racks then glared at me and walked away. This was the first item I had touched I had not created the mess in that department just in case you were wondering. Now I know times are hard to find employees, but her behavior and the lack of ANY employee asking if they could help us find anything at the Nashua store OR the Manchester store the same day. DO BETTER JCPenney Co.!!!!

I always find great bargains online. The deals get even better when I pick up my online order at the store. I browse before I pick up my order and see great in store prices. I always leave with something I hadn't thought I would find. And with no buyer's remorse
