I purchased an item and was happy. After a while I had an issue with the item. I went back and was told no replace or refund but give me 10 percent discount on another purchase. Bummed but okay, I upgraded the item and bought it. I got home and wasn't what I told the guy i wanted. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Original purchase useless.
