Called to have a front end alignment done on my car. Waited for two hours then they told me their front end alignment machine was down. They said sorry and then focused on how mad the Mechanic was because he wasn’t going to make any money. Went to another mechanic and they said Firestone customers are their best customers. Won’t go back.

My tire light went on while I was on the freeway and because I drive very far to work I needed to see if I could get my car in to have the tire looked at. I bought tires from Firestone so I figured I would call my home store it's Sunday they close at 6:00 they said no sorry we cannot help you. I called one that was in the area they said no we cannot help you till Wednesday. I called another one close by it's an hour before they close he says if you bring it in we'll take a look at it, which made me very happy. I was in and out of there in 16 minutes well more like 25 cuz I like to talk. But if it wasn't for Erik the service manager saying he would be willing to take a look at it and Nick who completed the service I might have had a flat tire right now on the side of the road. These guys get 5 stars any day of the week from me amazing, customer service great job thank you!!
