First impression was not good, I understand the emphasis on “organic” but be at least a little truthful. Charging a premium price for “organic” sea scallops? Of course they are, sea scallops are not farm raised! But to boost the price because of the obvious is deceitful. 2nd impression was MUCH better than the first. Produce department alone was worth the visit, huge variety and exceptional quality. Even found a hard to find item in their specialty dairy case that can’t be purchased anywhere else locally. There was excitement ties to Whole Foods after all. 3rd and final visit, produce section went to hell. Poor selection and what was there was looking pretty poor, flies buzzing about, yuck, well I can get my produce elsewhere, at least they still have my culinary secret weapon back in the specialty dair………., wait, where did it go? Ask and sure enough, they no longer carry it. Oh well, no more premium prices, back to boring ol shop rite, stop and shop, and big y. Sorry Whole Foods I’m done.

They have a wide variety of things, and you might pay a little, but it's worth it. I've learn that it is better to spend on food, than paying more for your health. Sometimes the ones I want are not there, but there is alot of shortage in supplies everywhere. I had edit the review, because this week when I went to purchase some product, it said organic but they were not organic. The code started with a 9, but the products started with a 4.

Excellent number of selections and very fresh and high quality foods, baked goods, meat, poultry, seafood, fruits, herbs, dairy, vegetables and desserts. I love their salad bar with its variety of hot foods, soups and side dishes, and foreign dishes and miscellaneous cold salad items and dressings, and side dishes, They also have a good selection of plants, cut flowers, cards, and gifts. In addition to both non organic and organic food choices, they have organic personal grooming and cosmetics, soaps, bathing and hair care products and nutritional supplements, and organic household cleaning and laundry selections, and paper goods. They also have a good selection of magazines relating to healthy, organic, and simplified life styles. While people who don't shop there consider Whole Foods to be expensive, I have found that for the freshness, quality, and healthiness of their foods, dairy and supplements, they really are not much more costly ( if at all) than the big grocery chain stores, Plus, I believe I would prefer consuming more fresh, enjoyable, healthy foods than spending the same money on doctors visits and medications, some of which are ineffective or have very unhealthy, uncomfortable side effects. Whole Foods location is very convenient with plenty of well-lit parking as well as other fine stores close by in this small shopping center, leaving me feeling safe and secure.

There isn't any integration of the Prime into discounts at Whole Foods yet. It's anticipated though.
No delivery yet. May be the Amazon acquisition could change it.
