My little sister went to this salon to get a haircut and came home crying. She said that she was very specific with the haircut she wanted and that the lady did not follow her instructions. Her hair is so short that it's above her ears. She cried for a week straight and the manager refunded the money and gave us a 20% off coupon but it didn't fix the problem. We will not be returning to this salon.

I took my daughter here for a trim because we were looking for a new local salon. From moment one, I fell in love with this salon. It is clean, hip, and the stylists here are welcoming and friendly to the upmost degree. Not only did my daughter and I get the most amazing haircuts (shoutout to Ari and Emily!), but we had the BEST experience! Our whole family now uses Pin Curlz. I highly recommend them!

I got referred to this salon by a fellow mom. I was stoked because it was a retro salon. The salon and staff were so nice and I would give 5 stars to that alone. The lady whom did my hair was super sweet and friendly. When I sat down in the chair, she asked what I wanted and I I said I wanted shorter layers in the front around my face. She washed my hair and began to cut. Being a stylist I gave her my 110% trust. We started talking and got into deep conversation. She trimmed my hair because I informed her I did not want a lot taken off since I was only looking to get the front shorter. She ended up taking off an inch or so and added short layers all throughout my hair (not what I wanted at all). She then began to add short layers on the front but not feathering at all - it was more of a hack job. Long story short I ended up with the most horrendous hairstyle possible. It was nothing I asked for and nothing I expected. I informed the Instagram account via message. The owner then called me the next day and said she could get me in by the middle of the week. I am so happy she responded and offered to fix my hair, she was really trying to make it better. But I didn’t feel comfortable getting my hair touched and most likely being talked about by staff when getting it done. The owner is probably amazing, but I decided to go to my original stylist an hour away - whom is worth the $75. I’m just writing this to make sure you do your research on stylist because you could end up getting something completely different then expected.
