One star is being too kind. I don't know what happened at this pharmacy but they no longer fill a prescription they have had for four days until you arrive to pick it up (than subsequently have to wait 20-40 minutes). I am in the process of moving all my prescriptions to Costco, I can't take this pharmacy anymore. Also, my most recent medication originally had another customers name on the package, it was scribbled out and my name was printed over it. I had to check the pill with the pamphlet to verify that I received the correct medication. Again, one star is being too generous.

This place is the absolute worst. They shut down the drive through so you are required to go inside while sick. You will get stuck in a long line Just for them to make you come back, with no prescriptions ready. They are rude and completely unprofessional. They shouldn’t keep taking prescriptions if they can’t keep up. This place needs to be shut down.

Line is absurd. Pharmacy is extremely sub par to be kind. Usually an hour to two hours just to wait in line and pick up normal prescriptions (non-controlled/maintenance meds/etc) even after it’s been already been prepared and ready for checkout. Their drive through is generally closed (about 80% of the time). The Pharmacists are over worked and their isn’t ever enough help to keep them moving at a reasonable pace. DO NOT come here if you need immediate medicine (like an antibiotic as they cannot fill it in a timely manner.) Come here for maintenance medicine, but be prepared to wait, come with a positive attitude, and pray that Fry’s acknowledges their shortcomings at a district/company level and hire more staff to provide even adequate service. Staff is usually friendly given the situation they’re put in; but always rushed which sometimes leaves no time for consults or medical questions even when necessary.

After surgery had the doctor call in prescription because of previous issues with filling prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time and had them ask to make sure they would be ready within an hour and they said yes and now being told they are 3 days behind and would not be able to fill them for another 4 hours. So it would be highly recommended to use another pharmacy if you might need medication promptly or at least when advised to take it soon after the surgeon recommends it for you hopefully this is the only Kroger that is this bad

I would call an ask.
You have to ask Frys Pharmacy to call your CVS. That's it!
