Have purchased a whole set of tires before from this store. Never going back. Not a tire place. Actually an auto shop. Lost their vision as a company. Went in to plug leak. Took tire in shop and had spare on truck. Told me it would take an hour and a half. No problem. Understandable. Then they called me to come in after repair. I asked if they would simply switch the wheel back on to truck(2 mins). They said it would be another hour. Left with my wheel and put it on myself in 2 mins. Bad customer service. They do not specialize in tires. Full service shop. Will not be going back. Discount tire is faster and makes customer service a priority.

My experience was 4/5. I have a Honda Civic 2013. I had stock tires and one was missing a hub cap. I'm of course no expert in selecting tires or wheels but AJ was the one to assist me. Communication was constantly back and forth.Trying to get pricing, see if what I wanted was in stock, and to speak with AJ. It took roughly about 8 days for me to get information and decide what I wanted to do. Once I decided, process was smooth. Waited for 2 hours. AJ did get me out by 11am since I work in Scottsdale so I appreciated that a lot! Do I think they could have done things differently, yes. But, I looked at them as the experts and they service me to the best of their abilities. A lot of these reviews are petty... Although, I enjoyed the service and my new wheels!

I read someone else's review about using this Big O shop for nitrogen service. Went on a weekday around mid-day to add nitrogen to all four tires. It was just over an hour before they took my car into a bay for the service. The guys at the counter repeatedly told other customers that they were short-staffed, and I get that it's hard to find good help. But waiting that long for a 10 minute job seems excessive to me.

DON’T!!! It’s real easy, if you’re thinking about using this company’s services…DON’T! There are too many other options out there that do better work and provide better customer service. After having my tires rotated and balanced I heard a noise coming out of my passenger side rear wheel. I stopped to check it out only to find they had put on 5 of 6 lug nuts with the 6th rolling around inside my center cap! Also found they had neglected to put in my second center cap screw. If you have a family and value their safety, DON’T use this company services.
