For the most part, I love this gym. The equipment is nice, love the childcare offered, and good customer service. The downside...it's always crowded. Even during lunchtime on the weekend. Often I have to wait for equipment or improvise. This is obviously not the fault of employees, but I think EOS has enough members in Surprise to consider a second location here. I've heard other members complain of the same issues and go on to try other gyms.

Today (May 30, 2022), I walked into the EOS fitness at the SR-303 and Bell Road, in Surprise. I am truly impressed with the customer service and staff when greeted. I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles and any questions/concerns. I asked about the membership programs, and they were quick to get a team member to assist me in touring and explaining the facility. Hayden was the team member, and he did a fantastic job showing me the programs and explaining all of the amenities, including the outside facility. Even a few of the customers immediately wished for me join the facility. Hayden did a phenomenal job, and I was even greeted by their assistant fitness manager, Justin, and I explained my earlier experience at a facility. I would personally recommend this gym just based off the immediate customer service when walking in. I am super excited to start working out and starting with a personal trainer. I wanted to give credit to Hayden and Justin on their outstanding customer service and their helpfulness. I wish I could give more stars than just five. Even if you do not decide this gym, come in and take a look, the staff is super friendly and willing to work with you on bettering yourself.

I got started yesterday and Gaby signed me up. I am a small gym goer and I’ve been interested but have felt intimidated by going in to a bigger gym. Gaby not only greeted me with the biggest friendliest smile but she set me up on a weeks pass to simply try out them gym. She gave me a full tour and spoke about all the amenities the gym had to offer. She answered all of my questions about the memberships and even explained the agreement to me. I had been to other big box gyms but this by far the as my favorite experience so you know I had to sign up! 🥰 and yea the guests are super nice and friendly too! Thank you Gaby!

I enrolled at this gym 4 days ago and although the Gym is nice it lacks customer service. The individual that handled my enrollment was not very pleasant at all. He seemed to be in a hurry, kept looking around which made me feel like I was taking away from his time. He never asked me if I wanted to take a tour of the place and when I asked him he got up and took me around the place rather quickly without taking the time to explain the set up of the machines. The only thing that kept me from canceling is the fact that so far this gym is closer to my house.
