Mediocre and stingy on protein portions. I said I have a soy allergy, can you check on the soups...They never came back. I asked and they said all soups probably have it. That is inexcusable..the manager should have come out with their book of all restaurant items as it was not very busy. I ended up ordering a cobb salad and there was edamame in it. That is soy laden!

Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches. Decent Variety and you can create your own salads or sandwiches. Price is reasonable. I got the Try 2 Combo—Roasted Red Pepper and Lobster Soup and Avocado Chop Salads— everything was fresh and tasted decent. Team working definitely needs good coaching/training. They didn’t even know what salads or soups belonged to each customer as we got to the pickup and pay spot. It will also be extremely helpful to have a description of each salad with the ingredients listed on the menu boards! I had to ask which holds up the process! Restaurant design leaves much to be desired.. very tight and hard to navigate. Only a few seats in the front. Back is dark and looks like a cafeteria. Hard to get to the drinks, utensils, napkins or even see them as they’re on the inside of a wall that faces the back room. It’ll do in a pinch. Good location and plenty of parking as it’s in a strip center with a lot of stores!

I love cafe zupas !! This one is in an excellent spot of the valley !! If you are coming to the mall to shop around I defiantly recommend it !! I got a Cobb salad with blue cheese and I LOVED it !! They even have a station to charge your phones !! And they offer soups, sandwiches and protein bowls !! Also their bathrooms are always clean !! The staff is friendly and I love the Strawberries they give you with every meal !! If you have enough space I defiantly recommend one of their deserts !!

The food is pretty decent, but the way this store operates is just terrible. There are (consistently) ~10 people working behind the counter here and yet it takes 20-25 min for them to move the line. Forget it if there’s an error with an order or takeout—you’ll be waiting there as they hold everything up…and are still unable to complete in a timely manner. They need help with their management - unfortunately they are disorganized and awfully inefficient—it’s too bad because the food tastes good and is relatively fresh compared to other fast food. This is in my regular routine but after today, I’m not going back for a long time.

Yes. Quite a lot of shopping. Cafe Zupas is in the parking lot have a very busy shopping area
Not for regular orders. Maybe for the catering. I suggest looking at their website for more information.
Mixed greens, strawberry champagne vinaigrette, chicken, strawberries, Fontina cheese, gala apples, dried cranberries, and candied pecans
Masks are required upon entering (I observed all staff wearing masks and gloves) and while ordering, social distancing is in effect and indicated by signs and restricted seating. A plexi barrier is in place between you and the staff while ordering and paying. There's limited outside seating, as well. There are also sanitation stations, however I don't remember how many, but definitely at the door.
