I was there to order to go it had a paper that said order in the kiosk then I need it to pay and the employee saw me standing there and nobody help me. So I just walked out. There was onother person trying to get there attention but I guess we were invisible.

Very disappointed. We are visiting Phoenix and thought we would swing in for a quick ice coffee. Nothing quick. Only 1 person in front of us at the register inside. We waited over 15 minutes and finally went to the smart order screen. They had plenty of employees, only their focus was the drive thru. We each ordered the exact ice coffee. Once we received them one was much darker than the other. Not even close to being the same. We will go elsewhere for our next ice coffee in the area.

I don't normally write reviews for McDonalds, but this has to be the best McDonalds I have been in the US. The food is actually warm, fresh, and tastes good. The server was very courteous, and place was clean, and there's a kids playground in the building!

This McDonalds is busy -- like busyyy, with a 12 cars waiting for one (1) drive-through line, in a line that wrapped 3/4 around the building. But, don't let the long line fool you, it is most likely because later at night they do the entire drive-through transaction using only one window. While a little worse for wear at spots (broken/faded light signs), lacking some enthusiasm (well, it was late-ish at night), there is nothing wrong with this location. Same tasting McDonalds as what we're used to
