Countless faith

My parents came to this location this morning and ordered for meals and an extra hash brown. After placing their order, they got to the window their order was completely wrong and missing items. The woman at the window who claims she was the manager did nothing to rectify the issue and was arguing back and forth threw the window and attempting to rush my parents. If she was truly a manager, her customer service skills were lacking. We will not go to this location again, never had this sort of experience at chick fil a.

Really disappointed in my service today. My order was incorrect at the window and I was not at all bothered but the four girls at the window were putting down the girl who inputted my order wrong putting down her intelligence and making fun of her for struggling to spell another customers name. Then when I got my order it was still wrong and I had been overcharged and no one helped get that fixed. If they are going to talk about their own coworker poorly in front of someone I can’t imagine how they talk about any customers that inconvenience them. The girl who took my order was the nicest one of them all.

Service was good and nice staff, but food is very blah and they charge for extras like more lettuce but did not get "extra lettuce". Indoor dining is pretty cramped so got it to go. Fries were not hot at all and had no salt. Quality has gone WAY down, portion sizes are even smaller, and has of course gone up in price. Save your money and go to Wendy's or Popeyes for a good and cheap chicken sandwich!
