Extremely poor customer service. We tried to adjust an error that was made on our order, and the girl at the payment window didn't understand what we were asking. Instead of saying something like "Let me check with someone, I'm not sure how to adjust that", she just looked at us confused until another employee eventually overheard the situation and came to help. When he asked her what the issue was, she said "I have no clue" in a very defensive way, as if we had offended her by asking her to fix the mistake that wasn't even hers. Thankfully, the second person that showed up immediately understood what we were asking and adjusted everything accordingly. He even apologized on behalf of the other staff members. I don't understand why they would put someone with absolutely no communication skills on the drive thru window. She should learn how to ask others for help, instead of inconveniencing the customer to the point where the customer needs to ask for another employee.

Best DBL quarter pounder with cheese I've had for quite some time. Don't get me wrong, I am usually satisfied, but this one I remembered. Reminds me of the burgers from years ago. Keep it up and corporate look into it.

First and worst experience ordering from the app, 4 chocolate sundaes that were not ready in 5 minutes more like 15. The employee that brought them out to my vehicle was rude, I asked her the name on the order she ignored me. Then placed this huge brown bag in my face, that had 4 little chocolate sundaes that look like soup. What upset me even more is I had to get down and go inside to talk to a manager which turned out to be no help at all. This is why they deserve a big thumbs down, the manager took the bag from my hands not one word of sorry for the inconvenience. This McDonald's is a mess, and unorganized everyone was running into each other with very poor service 👎👎👎👎

I ordered through Postmates and although it was a fast delivery it was definitely a disappointing one. The quality of my food was so poor and disgusting. I couldn’t believe it was even able to be sent out that way.
