Melissa the drive-thru expert. Has immaculate memory, she understands repeat customers, has a high appreciation for customers time. Very fast and efficient. She remembers small details with regulars, for example once Melissa knows you as a regular. You get the sauce packets you used to have to ask for automatically. The food tastes exquisite. The price with all of this inflation, is fair, also my peers would agree. I can order with confidence that I will receive Customer Satisfaction.

There are always problems with customer service at this location, which we don't get when visiting other Del Tacos. Ordered 2 Crispy Shrimp Tacos among other items. When I sat down I checked my receipt and saw that I'd been charged $6.00 instead of $5.50 which was clearly shown on the banner outside and above the menu at the counter. When I complained I was told that only applied to 2 fish tacos. I pointed to the banner and the cashier turned her back on me. I was conversing with someone else who saw/heard everything so the manager walked over and slammed 50 cents on the counter and told me not to talk to other customers. Hence my complaint that there are problems with management here (I've experienced other customer service issues in the past which is why we seldom come here, except that it's the only one within 10 miles of our home).

I’ve tried this location times numerous times, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad. The worst here was when I found mold on my tortilla. I couldn’t even say I found it because the words alone made me sick knowing what I found. (I have a weak stomach) but I tried it today for the sake of getting them bomb shrimp tacos. And the taco was good but the tortilla to the burrito was hard, and the beans were watered down.. I won’t be coming back.
