The Weirdo Greato

This location has issues with having a lot of homeless customers and it's apparent that the McDonald's staff have some difficulties kinda dealing with it without becoming flustered and or frustrated. I wanna send my prayers and divine hope to both sides because nobody has it that easy nowadays cause the enemy of this world doesn't care if you're rich, poor, white, non-white, good or bad health....take care of each other

I ordered in app so instead of a number, they used my name. The employee who handed out my order was making fun of my name. I didn't ask him his name, I just replied that it says 'velvet' because that's my name. He said nothing to me at all, I'm sure because he was heard and wasn't expecting to be.

I came to this McDonald's to get some lunch The employee was at the counter taking orders acted like he was incompetent or he hasn't had enough training. I pay for my order and look over my receipt and the guy put different charges on for what I ordered. So I tell the manager on duty and he wasn't very friendly at all and said there is nothing I can do about a refund until the real manager gets there. The only employee that showed any kind of kindness was the woman that hands you your order. This McDonald's was recently remodeled and it looks ok but that doesn't change the fact that some of there employees aren't up to par and you run into a lot of homeless people here also. If your wanting lunch skip this McDonald's it's not worth the time or your money.

Took 20 min to get sundae and look at it just sad I will never come back to this McDonald's ever. And the guy in the drive thru told me sorry sir I'm not da one make ice cream but why would you give somebody something that look like that they need help everyone walking around like they 60 yrs old I understand y'all work hard but if you don't like your job please find something you like cause people have to eat that stuff they pay for.
